Honestly, idm the voice acting. I prefer the anime, but I still think this version has its own charm. The DIO in this version comes off as more calm and calculating, like Frieza.

yup that's a point that speech consumes far less energy than acting so both of them have a lot time to speak, less to act, 2 or 9 seconds.
